With no end to the press onslaught on fundraisers in sight, it is more important than ever that charities’ senior leadership are fully on top of their fundraising operations.

It’s designed to give leaders of nonprofits of any size an understanding of how their fundraising functions are performing overall and in comparison to the market and their peers. It will identify key issues and identify areas that need to be addressed and improved.

To make this as affordable as possible, I’ve done this as a fixed price service, variable by size of charity. So most charities ought to be able to get a pretty good assessment of their fundraising performance for a pretty reasonable cost.
